About the role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie – International Cuisine to joinculinary team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an assigned kitchen section, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene. This role is ideal for a dedicated culinary professional with strong experience in international cuisine, excellent cooking techniques, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The Chef de Partie will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining operational excellence

Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Commis Chef. Strong background in International Cuisine. Experience in hotels, fine dining restaurants, or upscale casual dining establishments. Excellent knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong teamwork and communication skills. HACCP and food safety knowledge preferred. GCC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee an assigned kitchen section. Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet company expectations. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. Assist in stock control, inventory management, and minimizing food waste. Support junior chefs and commis chefs with training and guidance. Ensure all mise en place is completed before service. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to achieve operational goals. Follow HACCP and food safety procedures at all times.
