These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the ChefsFinder platform and are drafted to comply with applicable local laws of the State of Qatar and internationally recognized commercial, technology, and data protection standards, including GDPR principles where applicable.

1. Platform Nature

ChefsFinder is a digital recruitment and professional networking platform for the culinary and hospitality industry. ChefsFinder is not an employment agency, labor broker, or guarantor of employment outcomes.

2. Legal Compliance

Users agree to comply with all applicable local, regional, and international laws, including but not limited to EU GDPR where applicable and international labor and anti-discrimination standards.

3. No Misrepresentation

ChefsFinder disclaims liability for misleading, false, or inaccurate information posted by users. Responsibility rests solely with the content originator.

4. Accounts and Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activities conducted under their account.

5. Recruiter Services and Fees

Paid services are governed by Schedule A - Commercial Schedule & Fee Annex. ChefsFinder does not charge placement or success fees unless contractually agreed.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform IP belongs exclusively to Icons Hospitality LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

ChefsFinder shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses, including hiring outcomes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. International users acknowledge applicability of mandatory local consumer and data laws where required.

9. Amendments

ChefsFinder reserves the right to amend these Terms.
