We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with: ✔️ Proven expertise in Italian and/or Asian cuisine ✔️ Experience within high-end or internationally recognized F&B concepts ✔️ Strong background managing high-volume kitchen operations ✔️ Exceptional leadership and team management skills ✔️ Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment ✔️ Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen hygiene standards ✔️ Experience training and developing junior kitchen talent ✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities ✔️ Positive attitude and operational flexibility
